WARRANTY

We guarantee a lifetime warranty on every device purchased, covering any malfunction or manufacturing defect with an exchange of the device for the duration of the device's useful life.

If the defect occurs within a month of purchase, the new device will be able to rekindle the lifetime warranty.

Any damage to the device resulting from incorrect use or adverse causes does not allow access to the warranty with exchange but to a 70% discount on a new device.

HOW TO ACCESS WARRANTY?

To access the guarantee, write an email to team@hflask.com including the order number, pictures of the device and the reasons for its exchange.

The device must be shipped in the original case ( accessories are optional ).

Your new device will be sent to you after we’ve received your defected device.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS
The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are borne by the customer.
IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Remember to include the order number, the photographs of the items and all the references related to the receipt of the package and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order at help@hflask.com . Remember to include the order number and the modification and / or cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
